The inspiration stems from my very own experience.
I am Parisian, born and raised somewhere else, but I was adopted by the city in Dec. 1995) and now, I consider Paris as my home.

The very essence of FCS
The French Breakfast “formule” very seldom includes a freshly squeezed orange juice!
I imagine it’s a way for Parisian cafés’ owners to maintain an attractive low price for tourists and residents. As a resident, I’m but happy to ask for a fresh juice to replace the sad concentrated version. But my humble request very often triggers a well-intentioned although worrisome warning from the waiter, that in my opinion illustrates the very essence of what I call FCS : French Customer Service.
